Asket is honest and modest, almost ascetic in its character. The goal was to develop a humble yet characteristic chair for multiple purposes, defined by its clearness, consistent proportions and its material, solid wood. The Asket clearly shows all of its components: supporting structure, seat and backrest.

The seat and backrest rest on flexible rubber buffers and adapt to the sitting position. At the same time, they create visual distance between the individual elements of the chair. The Asket Chair is stackable and can be easily lined up next to one another thanks to the feet placed on the outside. Ergonomic recesses are milled into the seat and backrest, which ensure pleasant seating comfort.

The Asket chair was largely developed on a 1:1 model. Firstly on the hard foam model, which can be changed very easily and provided initial impressions of the shape and proportions. Afterwards, the statics and ergonomics were worked out on wooden models.
